Cheers to the 5th Warehouse we have done for Securiforce! We have been together, and seeing their business expansion since 2012 

We recently had the pleasure of visiting their warehouse and interviewing Mr. Shahrul about how TTF Racking solutions have transformed their operations. 

As Securiforce business continues to grow, they sought to expand their warehouse to maximize space. In the interview, Mr. Shahrul explained that he chose TTF Double Deep Racking because of its higher loading capacity. It can increase capacity by about 40% for every available space. Additionally, it provides Securiforce with greater flexibility for managing their goods in the warehouse. 

Mr. Shahrul was also impressed with the effectiveness after installation. It maximized the warehouse space, saving both cost and time by increasing the number of pallet positions and offering easy flexibility in organizing goods. The racking system also improved warehouse organization, allowing staff to locate inventory easily and know exactly where goods are stored.

In addition to the functionality of TTF Racking, Mr. Shahrul was pleased with the project’s progress. He mentioned that TTF's efficiency exceeded expectations. For example, while the initial installation timeline was set for three months, the TTF installation team completed it in under two months. Another reason Mr. Shahrul satisfied was the outstanding customer service, rating the salesperson 11 out of 10 for responsiveness.

Mr. Shahrul felt confident in collaborating with TTF because of our professional advice and proactive approach. TTF conducts physical visits and delivers outputs like drawings and quotations the next day. If any amendments are needed, TTF is highly responsive. 

Mr. Shahrul also pointed out the differences between TTF RACK and other providers. He mentioned that TTF consistently offer solutions with competitive pricing and always present quotations and plan in every project he starts. Since Securiforce began in 2012, they have relied on TTF for all their warehouses in Sendayan. In terms of quality, Mr. Shahrul was highly impressed.
