TTF Racking System Mezzanine Floor was initially designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind, in which it was made-up of SHS column and box beam type primary beam for lifetime safety and peace of mind. The system is ideal for maximum vertical space usage to increase company profitability. It is easy installation and dismantles without the need for on-site welding.

While client’s business model requiring items to be palletised and usually output by bulk, TTF Selective Pallet Racking System was in placed so that all products are stored safely without extra time needed for packaging process. This system was designed to allow instantaneous access to store articles without incurring load crushing. TTF Selective Pallet Racking System was made-up of Hight Tensile Steel for both Upright Frame Set & Box Beam. Wide range of sizes availability offers excellent stock rotation function and only uses 40% warehouse floor space. With a maximum UDL (Uniformly Distributed Load), TTF Selective Pallet Racking System is able to withstand loads from 1000kg to 3000 kg per each level.
TTF Selective Pallet Racking System can be set up as single and double-sided runs to suit all forklift and hand pallet trucks. It offers a low start-up solution depending on aisle width and maximum load height. With accessories like barrier protector, frame guards and etc., the system meets the strict safety requirements of today's modern warehouse.
