The radio shuttle operated remotely, moves goods through storage lanes autonomously or with forklift assistance. It excels at storing high-density pallets and bulk products, significantly reducing maneuvering time and optimizing space. Forklifts set loads onto the shuttle, which then travels the track to place items accurately, controlled by sensors and directed by a remote. This system minimizes accident risks and reduces rack damage by keeping forklifts out of the storage lanes.

In traditional drive-in racks, multiple forklift channels must be reserved for placing cargo, requiring forklifts to enter the warehouse area directly. This approach is inefficient, wasting time and energy and significantly affecting warehouse management efficiency.

With the transition to shuttle racks, forklifts now operate only at the front end of the warehouse. The radio shuttle transports cargo to designated locations within the rack, with forklifts handling transfers between various channels. This system greatly enhances work efficiency, providing swift and safe operations。

Advantages of the Shuttle Pallet System

  • Increased Safety and Efficiency: Forklifts do not need to enter the aisles, saving operating time and improving the safety of both personnel and cargo.
  • Maximized Warehouse Space: Warehouse space is fully utilized, achieving more than 80% availability.
  • Flexible Product Access: Different types of products can be easily accessed on the rails。
  • Enhanced Structural Stability: The system's structural stability provides a higher safety factor compared to drive-in racks
  • FIFO and FILO Capabilities: Both First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and First-In-Last-Out (FILO) operations can be implemented.
  • Ideal for High-Volume Storage: Suitable for industries with large quantities of single-variety items, such as food, beverages, chemicals, medicine, and tobacco, particularly in cold storage environments.
